Plate charge (one time): $35.00/v Per Plate
Second color and / or second side: $35.00/v Per plate charge plus $0.10/r per piece running charge.
Set-up charges: Initial set-up included in price, additional set-up charges, $10.00/z each.
PMS Color Match: $50.00/t Per color
Proofs: Paper, $5.00/z; Sample, $30.00/z
Artwork Charge: No charge if camera-ready*, black and white is supplied. Otherwise, art will be charged at $35.00/v per hour.
*Camera-ready art should be sized to be larger than imprint specifications. If artwork is emailed, Adobe Illustrator EPS or TIFFS/EPS300 dpi picture film formats are preferred.
